997pak Terms &
Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "997pak", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 997pak platform, its operators, and all associated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the 997pak website accessible at 997pak.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and account functionality.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 997pak Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the 997pak Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback awarded to a User's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR deposits made by the User into their 997pak account from their own financial resources, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that 997pak may require Users to complete at registration or before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions that is forbidden on the 997pak Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the native currency in which all 997pak transactions are conducted.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 997pak. By completing registration on the 997pak Platform, or by using any part of the Platform without registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions;
• The 997pak Privacy Policy;
• The 997pak Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotion-specific conditions published on the Platform.

Where any conflict arises between these Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion or game terms, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to that specific matter. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

997pak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

To register and use the 997pak Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

997pak reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the decline.

Once your 997pak account is active, the following rules govern its use on an ongoing basis:

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your 997pak account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must keep your login credentials, including your password and 2FA authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must never share your password with any third party, including 997pak support staff. 997pak will never ask for your password.
• You must notify 997pak's support team immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You may not allow any third party to use your 997pak account to place bets, access games, or conduct any transactions, even with your knowledge and consent.
• 997pak accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any account balance to any third party.
• You must ensure that your account is used only within a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• 997pak may implement verification checks at any stage, including requesting government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Currency: All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the 997pak Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by 997pak; your balance reflects PKR at all times.

Accepted Payment Methods: 997pak currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and/or withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast (State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system), and 1LINK. Availability of specific methods for deposits versus withdrawals may vary; current availability is displayed in your account dashboard.

Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 3–5 minutes. Raast and 1LINK transfers follow the settlement timelines of the respective interbank network.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are processed only after your account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as the deposit wherever operationally possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. 997pak reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The specific wagering requirement for any bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of offer.

Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the payments section of your 997pak account dashboard. These limits are subject to change at 997pak's discretion and may vary based on your account's verification status and activity level.

997pak offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus offer terms.
• Game contribution rates vary by game category. Live casino games, table games, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. The contribution rate table is published in the promotions section of the Platform.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice upon expiry.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus balance is active in your account, the maximum permissible bet per round or per transaction is PKR 500 unless a different limit is specified in the offer terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse and exploitation: 997pak reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, coordinated abuse, or exploitation of a platform error.
• Discretionary withdrawal: 997pak may withdraw, amend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be afforded a reasonable period to complete applicable wagering requirements.

By participating in any casino game, live dealer session, or sports betting market on the 997pak Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All casino games on 997pak are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and NetEnt. Each game is governed by the rules programmed by its respective developer. 997pak does not operate or modify game engines.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes in all electronic casino games are certified as unpredictable and unmanipulated by independent auditing bodies. Neither 997pak nor any of its staff members has any ability to influence RNG outcomes.
• In live dealer games, the outcomes of physical dealing, spinning, and drawing actions are determined by certified dealer procedures under live studio conditions. Streams are provided in real time and are not pre-recorded.
• Sports betting odds and lines on the 997pak Platform are set and managed by 997pak's sportsbook team. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted at an odds value at the time of placement are honoured at that value unless the bet is voided under the circumstances described below.
• Void bets: 997pak reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a manifest error in odds pricing, a technical error in the Platform, information not in the public domain at the time of placement, or other circumstances that constitute unfair advantage.
• Bets on cricket matches, PSL fixtures, and other sporting events are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. Where a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules applicable to that sport and match format shall apply as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, transferred, or cancelled by the User after placement, except where a cash-out facility is explicitly available for the specific market and has been activated by the User before event settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 997pak Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 997pak Platform under any identity, real or fabricated;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to exploit software glitches, latency, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, spin games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies, chip dumping in poker, or sharing account access for strategic purposes;
• Coordinating multiple accounts across members of the same household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing per-account limits;
• Engaging in arbitrage or "arbing" strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms rather than for bona fide entertainment;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds that derive from illegal activity, or using the Platform as a mechanism for money laundering or financial fraud;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfere with its security systems, or reverse-engineer any part of its software infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards 997pak staff or other Users via any communication channel on the Platform.

997pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. The following tools are available to all registered Users within the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in PKR, applied immediately upon setting;
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits that restrict gameplay once the specified threshold is reached;
• Session time reminders: Automated notifications at user-defined intervals to remind you of how long you have been playing in a single session;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which deposits and gameplay are suspended;
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or time-limited self-exclusion option that prevents access to the Platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration.

997pak strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction. Age verification is conducted at registration using identity documentation checks and is re-confirmed before any withdrawal is processed. All content on the 997pak Platform — including but not limited to the 997pak brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, game graphics, user interface elements, software code, promotional materials, and all other creative assets — is the intellectual property of 997pak or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any intellectual property notices or branding on the Platform;
• Use the 997pak brand name, logo, or any associated trademark for any commercial, promotional, or competitive purpose without prior written authorisation from 997pak.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions will result in immediate revocation of your Platform access licence and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 997pak and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content or odds;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure login credentials;
• Any conduct of third parties on or off the Platform.

997pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, 997pak's maximum aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 997pak account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 997pak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

997pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, or attempted bonus abuse;
• A request by the User to close their account voluntarily;
• Prolonged inactivity (defined as no login activity for 24 consecutive months);
• A determination by 997pak that continued provision of services to the User poses regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to 997pak.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your 997pak account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Involuntary suspension or closure: Where 997pak closes an account due to breach of these Terms or Prohibited Conduct, 997pak reserves the right to withhold any or all balances pending investigation. If the breach involved fraudulent activity, funds may be retained as compensation for losses incurred by 997pak.

997pak reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material and affect the rights and obligations of Users, 997pak will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

The effective date of any amendments will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your account. Where account closure is requested following an amendment, any Real Money Funds will be returned in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the 997pak Platform are governed by the laws applicable to the international gaming licensing jurisdiction under which 997pak operates.

Internal dispute resolution: In the event of any dispute arising between you and 997pak, you agree to first contact 997pak's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 997pak will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute internally within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.

Regulatory escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose oversight 997pak operates. Contact details for the applicable authority are available upon request from 997pak support.

Arbitration: Where neither internal resolution nor regulatory escalation resolves the dispute, you and 997pak agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant international gaming licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights or property pending resolution of the dispute.
